    The Unity Group provides automatic coverage at one times your annual salary up to a maximum of $100,000 (minimum coverage of $35,000).

    You have the option to purchase additional life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage for you and your eligible dependents.

    This company-paid benefit may provide income protection to you in the event you are unable to work due to a non-occupational injury or illness.
