ESOP
The ESOP allows you to defer a portion of your salary pre-tax. Employer contributions are made to team members who remain employed at The Unity Group for more than 12 consecutive months.
Profit Sharing
Our financial performance against our annual plan determines The Unity Group’s ability to award a discretionary profit sharing contribution.
Basic Life and AD&D Insurance
The Unity Group provides automatic coverage at one times your annual salary up to a maximum of $100,000 (minimum coverage of $35,000).
Supplemental Life Insurance and AD&D
You have the option to purchase additional life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage for you and your eligible dependents.
Long Term Disability
This company-paid benefit may provide income protection to you in the event you are unable to work due to a non-occupational injury or illness.
Long Term Care
Long Term Care insurance is designed to pay for assistance with activities of daily living such as eating or dressing. This type of care is usually necessary after a disabling accident, chronic illness or cognitive impairment such as Alzheimer's disease.
