Duncan started his insurance career at Lloyd's of London as an insurance broker before moving to the United States to continue his career. He joined The Unity Group Insurance & Employee Benefits in 1994.
Duncan is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and a Community Insurance Risk Management Specialist (CIRMS). He specializes in larger commercial risks with an emphasis on habitational-type exposures including construction, ownership, and management of condominium associations.
Duncan is the current President of the Washington State Community Association Institute (CAI), an industry organization for education and advocacy for community associations. He is on CAI's education faculty and often teaches classes on association insurance and risk management. Duncan is proactive in industry circles locally and nationally and is contacted frequently by associations, property managers, and attorneys for opinions on condominium insurance across the country. He is a member of the national CAI risk management network.
In 2010, Duncan was published in the Community Association Journal.

Cindy has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years handling commercial accounts. She joined The Unity Group in 1996 and is an owner. She is the lead team member in the servicing of larger condominium association risks and actively participates in the Community Association Institute. Cindy has attained the difficult designation of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter.
Cindy lives in a condominium and is a long time board member of the association, currently serving as treasurer.

Corinn has been with The Unity Group since 2008 and serves an integral role in the support of the Condo Assure team. As a value added service, Condo Assure clients receive access to a web-based program that helps users track their certificates of insurance. Corinn assists clients in set-up and maintenance of this program.
Corinn also works closely with unit owners and property managers to resolve any questions lenders may have regarding evidence of insurance.
