Pay a Bill / Report a Claim We recommend that you notify our customer service team prior to filing a claim with the insurance company. If your loss occurs outside of normal business hours, involves serious injury or damage, please contact your insurance company direct. You may also call our office answering service, and an agent will be paged to assist you immediately! With exception of emergencies, your after-hours claim will not be processed until the next business day during normal business hours.
