Business Development Workshops

As part of our continuing effort to provide our valued clients with the best possible service and foster a strong ongoing relationship, we provide the Business Development Workshop Series. This series is designed to offer you access to valuable, up-to-date information that will help to develop your business, improve processes and policies, and ease the administrative burden within your organization.

These professional training sessions, facilitated by Kim Rossi, M.B.A., are held in a small group setting to allow for interactive discussion and are offered on a rotating schedule. About Kim Rossi

Kim Rossi has 20 years of diverse human resources experience helping both large and small organizations achieve a wide range of business objectives. She has demonstrated expertise in business operations, coaching and developing staff, and project management, as well as established skills in presenting training materials clearly and effectively in both classroom and webshop environments. Kim has developed and facilitated numerous workshops in the areas of management skills, general business skills, change management, and career development to all levels of employees from hourly workers to CEOs.
